Spruce Tips - 6.5% abv - Locally sourced spruce tips infused in a blend of our ciders makes for this refreshing drink

Green Tea Peach - 6.7% abv - A blend of apples, co-fermented with Red Haven peaches and steeped in a touch of green tea leaves for a refreshingly herbaceous finish.

Hibiscus Rose - 7.9% abv Our signature dry cider is infused with whole dried hibiscus and rose petals. Super floral.

Honey - 5% abv - We work with Full Bloom Apiaries to pollinate our trees in the spring and use their honey to sweeten this cider.

Harvest Mosaic - 6.5% abv - Experience the tastes of autumn with this cider: mulling spices, hibiscus and cinnamon.

Strawberry - 6.9% - A natural infusion of local CT fruits, made with fresh strawberries from Anderson Farms in Wethersfield CT and a hand selected blend of apples.

Cranberry - 9% abv - Exploding with the taste of fresh cranberry, this bubbly, co-fermented fruit wine is a collaboration with Killingworth Cranberries in Guilford, CT.

Lemon Balm: Lemon balm steeped into our hard cider. Aged it for about a year and added lemon zest to give the blend its citrusy flavor.

Rooibos - 8.7% abv - Roy-bos”is a tea enjoyed for centuries in SouthAfrica. This medium bodied cider packs an earthy sweetness like dried fruit and persimmons.
